I am trying to get bigger space eating more raw food, the living ecologic new super food line. It is a lifestyle promoting the consumption of uncooked, unprocessed, and often organic foods. Instead of changing my whole lifestyle immediately, and to shock my family, I am adding some raw food to the ordinary meals. You may include a selection of raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and beans. The spring is around the corner and the season of fresh locally produced vegetables and fruits will be available shortly. It is a pure way to get your inner body healthy and balanced. If your inner body is in harmony your whole body will get relaxed and happy. Good Luck!

When it comes to simple pleasures, a warm bowl of oatmeal on a chilly winter morning certainly fits the bill. Oats are not only comfort food at its best but also a boon to heart health. Oats lower bad cholesterol, which is one way to help prevent heart attacks. This classic breakfast food contains both soluble and insoluble fiber, which work together to prevent cholesterol from coating the coronary arteries. Start your mornings off right and keep your heart healthy with a bowl of Oatmeal.

I always feel pleasure with warm hands around a nice hot cup of tea. There are at least six varieties of tea, white, yellow, green, oolong, black and pure, of which the most commonly found on the market are white, green and black. All teas are made from the same species of plant, though different varieties may be used, and the leaves are processed differently, and in the case of fine white tea, grown differently. Pure tea, is often used medicinally. The term “herbal tea” usually refers to an infusion of leaves, flowers, fruit, herbs, or other plants.
After water, tea is the most consumed drink in the world. All kind of tea have different actions for your health. Tea contains catechins, a type of antioxidant that increase your immune system. Keep your health and drink green and herbal tea, at the same time enjoy the smell and the warm feeling spreading though your body. Why not trying the Ayurvedic tea in my Shop.
