When I began with yoga I did it to effectively exercise my body. Today, a few years later, the reasons to do yoga has become plenty. Other than keeping my physical body healthy yoga is a way of living, yoga is a gift to the existence. Yoga has changed my life; through better consciousness, patience and less stress there is a completely feeling of wellbeing, more balanced and nutritive inner body, nerve -and energy system.
I have learned how to love myself, love others and how to love life.

During the year 2010 I performed a RYT 200h education in Viryayoga with Josephine Selander. Viryayoga has everything, happiness, a lot of knowledge and a big acceptance. It is shaped to fit everybody, and everyone can perform Viryayoga. Virya”, in Sanskrit, means ”enthusiasm”, ”energy” or ”power”, and the aim of Viryayoga is that it will empower and energize you. For me Viryayoga has given me a new opening to life, it has generate to inner strength, happiness and lots of connecting joy.

I am lucky to have experienced Yoga lessons with Zoya Lu in Malta 2010, a wonderful woman with lots of occurrences from all over the world. My first meditation experience were also in Malta with Tess and Michael, two marvelous people who had found each other and now sharing there love and happiness.

My background within Yoga;

I am an authorized assistant nurse and also educated as a Public relation officer, my aim for the future is to perform yoga, teach yoga, to give consideration, kindness and love in the daily life.

I chose to experience this extensive education in Yoga because I want to share the passion and happiness of yoga, in their ancient purity, but in a modern scientific frame. I want to maintain the heart and love of Yoga and I wish everyone to unify.
