Advice

Welcome to communicate in my Yoga. Before practice yoga classes with me, remember to bring a smile and your patience. Patience will lead you to consciousness and the will to find everything unpredictably. It is also important that you take complete responsibility for your own health. If you do have any specific injuries that I should know about please inform me before starting your yoga practice.

Please arrive at least 15 mins before class and respect others with silence. If you know you perspire much during practise then kindly bring a towel and also please avoid perfumes or any strong smellings which might affect others in class.

You need a Yoga mat and, perhaps, gears, see shop… Bring along a blanket or a light sweater for relaxation if you know you chill easily.

Wear comfortable clothing so that you can move easily and freely. Yoga is practised bare feet which make you feel more rooted. This stimulates the nerve endings on the soles of your feet which then opens up for maximum purge.

Avoid eating 3-4 hours before yoga class. If you feel hungry I recommend a fruit or some unsalted nuts. Drink plenty of water hours before class and after class to help the body to remove toxins. During class I advice no drinking. If you get thirty take just a sip and remember to drink more before class next time.

During a womans menstrual period and during pregnancy it is most important to listern to your own body. Your body knows whats best for you so listen to its signals. To avoid inversion poses, read more… Actually yoga is a perfect way to get in balance before, during and after pregngncy and even for the rest of your life.

If you are taking medication or have had a specific injury then please consult your doctor before starting yoga practice. Never practise yoga when using alcohol or drugs. Listen to the signals of your body and I recommend to rest if you feel any dizziness or pain. Never force yourself but let your body and soul come into balance step by step and remember the most important part of yoga is to have fun! If you smile your soul will smile! Your time, your health, your life!

Smile, Enjoy and Have Fun!
